POTLUCK IV WAS A HUGE SUCCESS!

I started Poor Man’s Potluck soon after we arrived; at the first event, 9 or so hungry Clemson undergrads pooled our resources to try and satisfy the hunger that plagued us while we searched for food sources in this big city.

Last night we hit a new record: 19 STUDENTS filled my apartment with good company, delicious aromas, and an amazing smorgasboard of culinary delights for Poor Man’s Potluck IV. Potluck has expanded to include Grad students, Texas A&M kids, and sometimes our new Spanish friends. Everyone has a good time swapping stories and eating their fill of delicious home-cooked food.

For Potluck V, I’ll be looking into new ways to accommodate the crowd, possibly moving into some of the Resa’s limited common space. I’m also considering extending the invite to some Professors… the timing has to be right… stay tuned.

Tuesdays are my favorite day of the week. =D
